David Gilmour is set to release a new solo album in 2015.
In conversation with Rolling Stone, Gilmour revealed that the follow up to his 2006 album On An Island is “well on the way.”
“There are some sketches that aren’t finished, and some of them will be started again. There’s a few months’ work in it yet. I’m hoping to get it out this following year,” he added.
The Pink Floyd guitarist also shared that he is planning on going out on “an old man’s tour” which he clarified as being “not a 200-date sort of thing”.
