Black Star Riders detail formats and reveal cover art for new LP

Black Star Riders have revealed the cover art and format availability of their new album, The Killer Instinct.

The follow up to their debut album All Hell Breaks Loose will be released on the 23rd of February via Nuclear Blast.

Says frontman Ricky Warwick of the new album’s philosophy: “Life’s not fair. Never has been, never will be. Sometimes you have to live with a killer instinct just to survive in the pursuit of happiness. Nobody can do for you what you should be doing for yourself.”

He adds about the cover art: “It’s a bit of a continuation from All Hell Breaks Loose. people will see the link – it’s very rock’n’roll. It’s going to look cool.”

The tracklist for the standard version of the album is as follows:

The album will also be available in a ltd. edition 2CD digibook format featuring six bonus tracks, a ltd. edition gatefold black vinyl version and a ltd. edition gatefold clear vinyl version.

The band will also tour the UK and Europe in March next year, with support coming from The Amorettes, except at Glasgow and London where other acts are expected to be announced. Confirmed dates are as follows:
