Aerosmith have confirmed that they will screen Aerosmith Rocks Donington 2014 in cinemas worldwide ahead of its official DVD release.
The concert film, recorded during the band’s headline set at last year’s Download festival, will be screened across the globe on the 3rd of March.
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler broke the news about the forthcoming DVD in a tweet last year, 3 weeks after their 19-song set at the festival, writing: “Dun & dunner. Almost done mixing doningtonfestival. Record breaking 4 days w/ john shipp”
The film will premiere in the US on the 26th of February before the worldwide release the following month.
Meanwhile, this year’s Download is set to be headlined by Slipknot, Muse and Kiss. Tickets are on sale now, with weekend arena access costing £170, weekend plus three nights’ camping £195 and weekend plus five nights’ camping £205.
