Leeds based indie alt-rock quartet NARCS have released the video for their recent new single, “Bullingdon Boys.”
Speaking about the incendiary new song, NARCS guitarist Joe says: “The title is obviously a giveaway but the misogyny, the greed, the cronyism and nepotism that we’re up to our necks in as a country – it can all be encapsulated in the sickening, perverse boys-only gang of Bullingdon scum.
“I wrote a lot of the lyrics separately from different incidents involving people I know and hold dear being treated like dirt by piece of shit misogynists, vulnerable people having their pittance taken by people who burn notes in front of homeless people for fun, press rats pushing lies to maintain their pathetic careers.”

NARCS’ new album, A Thinking Animal, is due out in the 8th of July via Clue Records and is available for pre-order here.
“This album came out the way it did because we’ve always used music as an outlet for the darker stuff that we needed to vent,” adds Joe.
“At the moment, the way things are, we just got drawn back to the root of our anger and frustration time and time again: the ruling class, the political class, Etonites, whatever you want to call them. In a better time, we’d never have written this album. Hopefully we never need to write another one like it.
“We hope people enjoy the album, we hope it brings people whatever they’re looking for at this shitty period in history: comfort, motivation, inspiration, anger, whatever.”
