Ginger Wildheart and Courtney Love have released a video for their duet, “Honour.”

The song was originally released as part of Ginger’s G.A.S.S. subscription based fan club, through which members are given access to exclusive songs, merchandise, videos and other features. A free version of the service, G.A.S.S-Lite, was announced yesterday.

Ginger spent a significant amount of time in 2014 touring as part of Courtney Love’s live band, and told Last Year’s Girl recently: “She was also kind enough to let me film the video at her recent sold out Sydney show. Wait until you hear it, she sounds like Celebrity Skin era Courtney. She nails it so good. As a fan you’re going to love it.”

Ginger played a blinding set at his inaugural Halloween Hootenanny event at The Slade Rooms in Wolverhampton back in October, with support sets from Oaf, Tropical Contact, The Scaramanga Six, Baby Chaos and Eureka Machines. He is set to play his ‘Oh Fuck I’m 50’ Birthday Bash on the 17th of December at The Forum in London. Tickets are on sale now.

Originally premiered via Classic Rock, you can check out the video for “Honour” below:

Courtney Love: Kurt biopic will start filming within 12 months

CL MySpace Shot

Courtney Love has said that a biopic about Kurt Cobain will start filming within the next 12 months.

Speaking in interview with Inquirer Entertainment, Love said: “The biopic should start within the next year or so. I won’t name names because I don’t want to jinx it for anyone but these are 25-year-olds who are blonde, gorgeous and the new Brad Pitts. There’s a ton of those. Some are really good actors, not just pretty faces. I don’t want to be the person who makes that decision.”

She went on to say that she will be involved in the film in some capacity, though: “I do have a say in it. So do Frances, and Krist (Novoselic) and Dave (Grohl), for that matter, if it touches on Nirvana — and it will. I am leading the charge because it’s time to do this.”

Courtney Love has said in the past that she has several plans for Cobain’s legacy, including a stage play and a documentary.
