Nightwish have released a video of a live performance of their track “Yours Is An Empty Hope.”
The clip is lifted from the band’s new Tour Edition of their most recent album, Endless Forms Most Beautiful, which is out now.
The new version of the LP has been released to coincide with Nightwish’s European tour. The symphonic metal outfit will play one date in the UK as part of the jaunt, coming to the Wembley SSE Arena on the 19th of December with Arch Enemy and Amorphis in support.

Nightwish have released a trailer for the new Tour Edition of their most recent album, Endless Forms Most Beautiful.
The new package will include the original album (released earlier this year), alongside a DVD with two previously unseen live tracks, official videos, photo gallery, the full series of making-of mini-documentaries and other additional items.
The Tour Edition will also be limited in number, with the band saying that it won’t be reprinted once the original run has sold out. It’s available for pre-order now.
Nightwish will return to the UK for a one-off show in London on the 19th of December.
Nightwish have released a new single, the title track from their latest album.
“Endless Forms Most Beautiful” is available as a limited edition CD, a 10″ vinyl or in digital versions via Nuclear Blast.
The release has also been accompanied by a lyric video which you can watch below.
Parent album Endless Forms Most Beautiful was released on the 30th of March and features guest appearances from high profile evolutionary biologist and atheist Prof. Richard Dawkins.
Nightwish are due to play London’s Wembley Arena on December 19 as part of a European tour.

Nightwish have released a video for their new single, “Elan.”
The promo clip comes a week after the song was leaked online prompting statements from the band describing the leak as a “huge blow.”
Says songwriter and keyboard player Tuomas Holopainen of the video: “The long awaited Nightwish music video ‘Elan’ is finally here. Inspired by the untold stories of abandoned places around Finland, the video was nearly a year in the making and features some of the most loved Finnish actors and actresses.”
The song will feature on Nightwish’s new album, Endless Forms Most Beautiful, due out on the 30th of March via Nuclear Blast.
