Osaka Punch drop video for new single ‘Make The Call’

Aussie rockers Osaka Punch have shared a video for their new single “Make The Call.”

Described as the most “bat-s*#t crazy clip” the band have released, an acid-fuelled trip to Brisbane’s famed EKKA festival was the brief, and that’s just what frontman Jack Muzak did.

“At this point, it’s unsure who the experience was weirder for… Jack Muzak or the unsuspecting punters who managed to find themselves in his vicinity,” says the band’s accompanying statement. “Call it ‘Fear & Loathing in Bris-Vegas’ if you want!”

The song and video come ahead of the release of Osaka Punch’s new EP, Death Monster Super Squad, due out on the 16th of September via Birds Robe and MGM.

You can check out the video below.

Osaka Punch share tongue-in-cheek video for new single ‘Stonk’

Osaka Punch promo 2016

Brisbane’s Osaka Punch have shared a tongue-in-cheek clip for their brand new single, “Stonk.”

The video features the band air-guitaring, air-bassing, air drumming and um, air-cucumbering across Brisbane’s CBD & malls (Queen St Mall and an overpass over Adelaide St), parks (ANZAC Square) and supermarkets. The looks they are given are gold.

The clip utilises both the band’s hilarious flair for comedy, but also their amazing musicianship – though they are air-playing their instruments in the clip, they are playing exactly the notes and beats of the song. Keep an eye out for dildos, scared-as-hell pigeons and some seriously weirded out pedestrians.
