25 Best Albums of 2009

2009 brought many great albums and was something of a bumper year for music, despite what you may have heard in the press about falling sales and the death of the music industry.

Of course, the remastered re-issues of The Beatles back catalogue overshadowed most album releases, but this list is dedicated to those new albums that were released during the course of the year.

At Skin Back Alley we have no team of staffers that we have to poll, no tiresome voting system or electoral college, just a list of those albums that we listened to and loved the most. Enjoy. Comment. Debate.
